The Terms and Conditions set forth constitutes the terms and conditions governing any use of the website of da.care and any purchase from this website. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully since any use of or purchase from this website shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein. When you use this website or place an order through it, it will be deemed that you have read and understood the Terms and Condition and you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.


Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “da.care” refer to Da Care S.A and the buyer or user of the website is referred to as “buyer” or “you”.


Description of services and products

da.care offers information related to its products and sells such products online and in designated stores to individuals in the United Kingdom.


Every product offered is sold subject to its product description which outlines further descriptions related to that product including, preparation instructions, feeding guidelines, nutritional values and ingredients.


Information presented on da.care website is intended to provide general nutrition and health information. Such information shall never be construed as medical advice as it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease of any individual. da.care products are food supplements and not a medicine to cure any disease of any individual.


Seek advice

da.care products are generally safe and well tolerated. However, consumption of food products which are not intended for infants can be harmful. Unnecessary introduction of any food or supplement may also have an adverse effect. Therefore, always consult a health professional before introducing anything other than breastmilk.


Member account, password, and security

To place an order or availing any service from the website, you may need to register an account. It shall require you to complete the registration process by providing with complete, accurate and up to date information as prompted by the registration form. You may choose a password and a user name.


da.care deploys standard security measures for its website, however, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also entirely responsible for any and all activities performed under your account. In case of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, You should notify da.care immediately. da.care will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result using your password or account by someone else, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by da.care or another party due to someone else using your account or password.



Orders can be placed on our website da.care. To place an order your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details will be required in order to process your request. You will receive a confirmation through email once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.


Please note that an order may not be accepted or processed due to any of the following reasons:

  • Product you ordered is out of stock;
  • Failure to authorise your payment;
  • Unable to validate your delivery address;
  • Shipping agent is unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond our control.


We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery for any reason cannot be made.



Product prices are stated in GBP (£) including VAT and excluding shipping costs. The cost for each delivery method is indicated during check-out.



We accept payments through VISA, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY.


When the order is placed at our website, you will be transferred to our secure payment gateway. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not saved on any web site.



At checkout, you have the option to choose between different shipping methods. da.care processes an order and handover it to the shipping agent within 1-3 weekdays from your placement of the order, provided that the stock is available. Your name, email address, phone number and address details will be shared with our shipping agents to arrange the delivery of your order and to contact you should there be a need in the process.


Once the product leaves our warehouse, the shipping agent assumes the responsibility to deliver the product within the timeline for the chosen shipping method. Delivery may be cancelled or delayed in the shipping agent is unable to validate your delivery address or temporarily unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond their control including weather hazards, accident or strike.



You may also choose to buy certain products on an ongoing subscription basis. The product will be sent on the frequency you select until you cancel the subscription. Payment for the selected products will be charged through the payment method you selected before despatch of the product. In case of failure to charge the price, the shipment will be postponed and you will be notified. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the website.


da.care reserves the right to change, upgrade or discontinue any of its products. In case of any change of the product that you have subscribed, you shall be notified to the email address you have provided in advance. However, minor changes e.g. packaging, design etc. will not be announced.


The conditions of purchase may also be amended from time to time. If your subscription is impacted by such change, you will be notified of the new amended conditions in advance to the email address you have provided. In case you wish to terminate the subscription due to the changed conditions, you may cancel the subscription without any obligation. Failure to cancel the subscription shall mean that you accept the updated conditions.


Order cancellation

You may cancel your order without any fee or cost within xx calendar days after the product is delivered. The order can be cancelled by contacting the customer service at https://da.care/contact-us/ and returning the product to us at the address: xyz. All payments received from you including the costs of standard delivery to the original delivery address shall be refunded within xx days of receiving the items back or date of cancellation prior to delivery, as appropriate. The same means of payment that you used to pay for your order will be used without incurring any extra charges to you.


da.care reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order in case you are in breach of any purchase conditions.


Replacement of faulty product

da.care takes good care to ensure the quality of all product. Despite our every effort and reasonable care to deliver the product to you at its best condition, in case you receive any defective or damaged items during delivery, you should report the same by contacting the customer service at https://da.care/contact-us/ within xx days. We shall arrange a replacement of the defective or damaged items at the earliest possible time without any extra charges or cost to you.
