Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100 CHF within Switzerland. For orders below 100 CHF, a flat rate of 8 CHF will be applied. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
  3. Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as Swiss Post and DHL for all our shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  4. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
  5. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. We plan to expand our shipping to other countries in the future.

 

Returns Policy

  1. Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect product).
  4. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item you have and place a new order.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and we will arrange a return and refund.

 

Exceptions
Certain products, such as personal care items and perishable goods, are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. Please refer to the product description for more information.
