2. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100 GBP within the United Kingdom. For orders below 100 GBP, a flat rate of 5.99 GBP may be applied. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
3. Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as DHL for all our shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
5. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within United Kingdom. We plan to expand our shipping to other countries in the future.

Returns Policy

1. Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item you have and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and we will arrange a return and refund.

Exceptions
